- At this time, Patrick Moving and Storage ships merchandise to locations within the United States Only. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
- Return Policy
- Retuned Shipments: Please contact us toll free at 1-800-982-8810, Mon. - Fri., 9am - 5pm, EST, or send us an email PatrickMoving@gmail.com. Due to the high shipping costs that we incur, a prior approval is required for refunds or returns. Returns must be in their original counts and full bundles. Discrepancies must be reported during the 7 day period following date of receipt of shipment. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, using the carrier of your choice, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to PATRICK MOVING AND DELIVERY SOLUTIONS. A fee will apply for damaged and missing items. The handling fee of 2.95 is non-refundable. A restocking fee of $5.00 per package returned will be included in your refund. Delays by the carrier, for any reason does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refusal, or return of order. Restocking fees will be applied.
